Hostel
The youth hostel Ars Viva is a short hour away from Ljubljana and Koper and the Italian border.
It represents an excellent starting point for visiting Slovenian tourist attractions such as: Križna jama, Snežnik, Notranjska Regional Park, Slivnica, Postojna Cave, Škocjan Caves and Lipica.
The hostel is ranked five tents.
It is especially friendly to families with children and is fully adapted to the disabled (23 beds for disabled people ) with shared or private bathrooms.
Social and fun
We offer many opportunities for hiking and cycling tour operators. Our remoteness encourages the local peace and idyllic nature come to all that stay with us.
There is a training & social meeting room, theater, a daily bar and a gallery with a reception desk.

A visit to the Polhar museum, a boat ride or boat through the Lake Cerknica, a flight with a motor dragon above Notranjska, or a visit to the Snežnik castle are all near by.
There are also canoe rides, swimming in Lake Blois, kiteing, as well as basketball, football and horse riding, as well as a ride from the Lipizzaners through the Notranjska Regional Park.

Kind and friendly staff, clean and fresh, comfortable and warm, well priced, clean bathroom, full kitchen, great tmes!!
Beautiful property! Best location! The rooms and common areas are spacious. Relaxing atmosphere, clean, homey feels, nice staff, comfy beds!
