Built in the early '70s, in the heart of the part of town which was destroyed in the great 1917 fire, the building was originally intended to be a hotel establishment. Decades onwards and having hosted a series of offices and public services, it was acquired by the STAY team, underwent a total makeover and renovation and now stands fit to fulfill its destiny as the STAY Hybrid Hostel.
