JJ’s Hostel Mirissa is a luxury hostel located in Mirissa, southern Sri Lanka. We are one of the premiere hostels in the country with Western-standard luxury, comfort and great service, all at a very competitive price point. Our hostel is purpose built to a high standard and there are plenty of areas for guests to interact as well as relaxing places to pass the time peacefully.

Our property is centrally located only 400 meters from the middle of Mirissa beach, away from the noise of the busy main road. All restaurants, supermarket, shops, cafes, and amenities are within easy walking distance.
We are about 3-5 minute walk from the bus stop and 3.5km from the Mirissa train station which is a little island.

Clean, modern, safe, excellent!
I love that the hostel is a short walk to the beach. Slippers are not allowed inside which makes it really clean and the staff always makes sure to keep the place tidy. They have lots of delicious food option it does not disappoint.

Lots of chill out spaces
Rooms were cozy and spcious and I like that they have chairs insid ethe room for social interactions. They also have a yoga hut in the garden which was very nice. Good breakfast options and there is a supermarket not too far if you want to cook you own food in the hostel kitchen. The beds are really comfortable and they each have their own sockets.
