Hostel Peniche Surf Lodge

I liked that they where offering also other services than just accommodating people. Like the surfing lessons and lift to the beach were a blast.

Loved this place! Claire was so lovely and looked after us! The lodge itself so new and clean and has everything. It has a kitchen upstairs and downstairs where you can meet the other guests. There is also board hire and Claire dropped us to and from the best surf spots for the day. It is right on the ocean side and you can walk everywhere. Definitely staying again!!

my boyfriend and me really loved this place..... claire and duncan were so friendly from the beginning of our stay that it was almost hard to leave at the end :) we arrived in febuary and didn't expect there would be a possibility to go surfing because of the cold weather but we did! Duncan asked us if we would like to and after we agreed he was driving with us to the beach and was teaching us the most important things. he was really patient and even though it was raining heavily he waited and took pictures of us. all in all we really enjoyed our trip to peniche and want to come back to this place for sure!

The property was a very clean nice house, cleaned every day. I must say the couple running the business was extremely helpfull with any problem we had. I cannot recommend more that place. definately coming back some day.

Amazing place, Claire and Duncan made us feel at home, they were always on hand to help with anything. The lodge was just like having your own little house 5 minutes from the beach. Their surf knowledge was invaluable in knowing where the surf was at all times. Highly recommended!

I finally "settled down""7 days in Peniche Surf Lodge !! Definitely ZE place to stay in Peniche. This accomodation is more than hostel for surfers : it's a home away from home. There is even a Wii !! Clean, quiet and huge location by the sea, not far from the center & bus station. Most of all : Claire & Dane friendliness will make your stay in Peniche unforgettable. They truly take care of their guests : free lift to the station & surf spots, chatting, etc.... Thanks again for your smile !!

Really reccomended place to stay here, very well organized familly business, nice people. Location is fantastic, house just near ocean, 5 min to Old Town or super market and the same time very calm.
