Hostel
At Jazz House Hostel, we run bar crawls and dinner parties on an unwieldy schedule and we encourage our guests to meet each other and socialise and our staff is a huge part of getting the party started!
Located on the famous Canal streetcar line, we are the perfect spot to experience all of this city's exquisite food, astounding music and unique culture. Just a ten min ride from Bourbon St, the cemeteries, and City Park. Five min walk to bars, restaurants, and even the bayou!

You can bring your own guitar or borrow one of the property's and have a jam session on the spacious deck.
There is also a shared lounge equipped with computers for you to use free of charge. Group activities such as pub crawls and martini nights are scheduled for certain nights.

Jazz House offers the best atmosphere and location to visit everything from the dripping spanish moss of City Park to the lively party culture of Bourbon St. Take your beer for a walk down the bayou and get a po-boy at the hundred-year-old Parkway Tavern. At this hostel, we truly care about giving you the best experience possible and coming away from our city with beautiful memories.
The historic French Quarter is 8 minutes' drive away. Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is 8 km

I can not rave about this hostel enough! First, the front desk clerks were extremely welcoming and gave great insights into the city for a very real feel of New Orleans. The hostel was in a perfect location, a short streetcar ride (which stopped right in front of the hostel) brought us down to the French Quarter but Mid City was an unexpected gem, very local and not touristy, there were great restaurants and bars within walking distance, shout out to Juan's Flying Burrito, Neyow's, and Vessel!
Having stayed in a great many hostiles over the years, I have to say that this was hands down one of the best ones. Friendly owner, clean rooms, and incredible location close to the French Quarter. Will definitely be back.
