Easternstay is your Vietnamese home in Ha Noi! If you are looking for a clean and secure place to stay, which is not too far from the Old Quarter, and close enough to the famous tourist places in Hanoi. Here it is. With handmade furniture & decoration, simple local style, you can feel like living in the rural area.
We provide cozy accommodations with comfortable beds & rooms, handmade furniture, and lots of FREEBIES!
Social and fun
- Cooking: We equipped small kitchen and utensils in the room and on the 1st floor.
- Free events: We often open a cooking class at the weekend, so you can learn more about Vietnamese food & drink culture.
- DIY Party: If you want to host a party in EasternStay , just let us know, we would be happy to help you
Warning !!! Our neighbor raises roosters and birds for traditional competitions, so you could hear their chirp in the early morning.

Easternstay home is nearby the Westlake (Ho Tay) - the largest lake in Ha Noi, you can walk to the lake within 5 minutes and enjoy the fresh air at night and in the morning. There are many coffee shops, local restaurants, and mini pubs along the lakeside.
Specially, it takes you 2km along the lake to get to the weekend walking street (Trinh Cong Son) - the cultural center of the Western of Ha Noi.
You also can visit some of the most beautiful ancient pagodas in Ha Noi within 1 mile parameter

Easternstay started providing accommodation for travellers from January 2018. The old name is Lily Homestay, then we changed to the more positioning name: Easternstay in April 2018.

- Lower the sound & noise volume after 22:00 pm
- Turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when you are not using them.
- Lock the door and close the windows when leaving the dorm/room.

Close to the city center and they have a washing machine you can use for free. The hostel is tastefully decorated giving you the old Vietnamese charm. Breakfast was light and excellent.
The hostel serves authentic Vietnamese breakfast and free coffee. There are also restaurants and supermarket around the area if you are up to cooking in their shared kitchen. Run by super passionate owners.
