All guests checking into dormitory style accommodation must have full size backpackers luggage which is 65L or above. Please note that guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in. The hostel does not accept bookings from stag/hen parties. Any such bookings will be cancelled and no refund given. Please note that car parking is limited and subject to availability. If you are arriving by car, please contact Chill Backpackers for more information, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation Please note that a AUD 1.50 charge applies for payments under the value of $150 which are made with credit card. There is a 1% charge for payments which are AUD 150 or more which are paid with a credit card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. Please note that the property provides free on-site parking, but conditions and height restrictions apply. Any requests can be done via email.
