All the essentials are near. There are a few 24/7 supermarkets less than two minutes away and a very inexpensive one five minutes away, all by walking.
Food wise, you have a wide range of choices, from Gourmet restaurants to plain but tasty fast food and all the best that Israel has to offer in between -- and everything in a very short walking distance.
Five minutes away there is park with an open gym for all.

This place is awesome, I had really good time meeting new people there, the place is the most social ever! I felt very safe and comfortable. the place is very clean and very well decorated. I will stay there every time when I'm in Tel Aviv and I urge you to do it :)
