Guests arriving after 21:00 to collect keys will be charged a fee for late check-in. If guests do not show up to pick up their keys before midnight, the reservation will be canceled. Guests should try to make as little noise as possible after midnight. The reservation is not refundable and the total amount will be charged in advance at any time.
