A 4-es szoba nem felel meg az oldalon bemutatottnak. Ablak a falon, nem háztartás, nem túl tiszta lap. A megfelelőség iránti panaszok és a lapok cseréjére vonatkozó panaszok után a menedzser kérte, hogy azonnal távozzunk, és megtagadtuk az első éjszaka visszatérítését. Továbbá a konyhában és az étkezőben észrevettük a csótányok jelenlétét a falakon és az asztalokon.

The location was great. It was close to the city center and CBD. Wifi can be a bit unreliable at times, kitchen facilities could be improved. It's a pretty decent place but it could be better.

The beds are pretty comfortable however it would be nice to have tables and chairs inside the rooms as the pods gets a bit cramped. The walls are pretty thin you can hear the noises outside. Its a good thing they have a bar downstairs to avoid disturbing sleeping guests. Receptionists are friendly. Insulation could be improved.

The hostel is clean, and the beds were comfortable. The place is small, but adequate. It covers your basic needs. The atmosphere is very welcoming. The owners were very caring.

The owners are absolutely lovely and really care about their guests. Plugs are provided next to the bunk for the guests’ convenience. Breakfast is also included they have everything a traveller needs.

You can’t beat the location of this hostel in Nelson. Clean rooms, great staff, free shuttle!
