Everytghing was gold. They came every day to clean the rooms and offered new towls. The thing i really liked was the number of service facilities they have there. A gym a movie room, chillout areas even conference rooms and Working space.

Hot water
The room was big and confortable
It was cheap even though there was La Tomatina and I was alone in a room for two, with my own toilet. Good wifi in the room. Self service laundry at reasonable price. Decent cafeteria meals for cheap.
Giant rooms!
The place was close to the beach and very easy to access to city centre via bus, tram or train. Kitchen on every level, computers available free of charge. Laundry services in the building as well as a big gym. Staff were very helpful, very good value for money the rooms were cleaned everyday and towels were changed. Would definitely recommend this place.
The single room was very comfortable and very clean. Linen was changed every day.
Artistic decorations. Big private room, which really surprised me. Comfortable open areas and a big screen for gaming and watching soccer matches.

It´s a large university with a terrific if spartan room,fast wifi,great restaurant,very clean,15 minutes walk from the beach plus it´s right near the tram and bus into the old part of Valenciaómly 10 minutes away. Highly recommended!
I liked having the self service to eat with a good range of hours. The breakfast til 10h30 and the dinner til late, like 23h. Very good!
Is big, the room was very spacious and it has many facilities.
