Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week. Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath towels, household line, cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen corner), basic low-speed WiFi (browsing for up to 5 devices), charges and tax (except tourist tax and application fee). Available at an extra cost: beds made upon arrival, housekeeping mid-week (The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation). A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested for an additional charge (subject to availability and prior reservation). The kit includes: 1 folding bed without a mattress, 1 highchair, 1 changing mat, 1 pushchair. With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
